Gabriel Torres
Head Instructor
Gabriel started playing tennis at the age of 6 years in Cali, Colombia. Since then, he has participated in many school, district, and provincial tournaments. He was part of the Del Valle University Tennis Team in the Colombian Universities National games in 2000. In 2019 he was part of the team that won the gold medal at the Colombian National Public Servants Games and he won the prestigious singles tournament at the Campo Verde Club in Cali, Colombia. He loves coaching tennis to both children and adults and wants to train future competitive players at all levels. Gabriel sees tennis as an effective tool for building children's character and personality and reinforcing self-confidence for every player. He has been coaching tennis for 5 years in Cali, Colombia. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Divija Bhargava
Instructor
Divija has been a junior at the STC since she started tennis 6 years ago. She competes on her Northern high school team and qualified for the Ontario High School Tennis Championships in 2020. She continues to compete at OTA and USTA tournaments. Divija has experience teaching juniors and is always looking to introduce new players to the game.
Chris Latosinsky

Chris is a competitive high school tennis player at St.Patricks and regularly competes in OTA and USTA tournaments; Chris had also qualified to compete in OFSSA in the 2020 season. He has his Respect in Sport - Activity Leader certification from TPA. Chris has experience teaching progressive tennis at T4K and is excited to use his experience to help others improve their game!
Divyesh Bhargava
Instructor
Divyesh has been a member at the STC since he started playing tennis 7 years ago and is now in his second year of coaching. He has won many tournaments including the Robinson, a few USTA tournaments and Little Caesars tournaments. He also qualified for OFSAA in 2019 competing for Northern. Divyesh has experience coaching tennis with the Tennis4Kids program as well and looks forward to meeting new hitting partners as well as helping others develop their tennis skills.
Prarthana Dwivedi

My name is Prarthana Dwivedi. I am from New Delhi, India. I have been playing Tennis for about fourteen years now. I have represented my state at the National tournament thrice. My national rank was under Top-50 in India in Under-18 girls category and I have also been in the top 150 in the country in women’s category. Along with that, I have represented my college at All-India University games. I am a graduate with a major in Physical Education.
I am also a US-PTR certified Tennis coach and I specialize in Adult development. I have an enriching experience as a Tennis coach. I have worked with Thirty40 worldwide launchers and BASE Sports in New Delhi as a senior Tennis coach. Moreover, I have competed in various All-India tournaments around the country from the age of 12.

Chinmay Damani

For the past eight years, Chinmay has participated in tennis competitions in Ontario and the United States. He is also a competitor for Northern High School in the OFSAA (Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations) in 2024. Chinmay has a great degree of proficiency in all methods and abilities. Through Tennis4Kids association and group classes at the Sarnia Tennis Club, he has an enormous amount of coaching knowledge. He loves passing on his knowledge and skills to others in the game of tennis, making him very excited to teach his expertise to others.

Tej Patel
Instructor
Tej is a high school tennis player who started playing at the age of 6. Since then, he has been competing at many USTA and OTA tournaments while also improving his skills. While playing tennis at Northern, he has competed at SWOSSAA multiple times. Over the past few years, Tej has developed a love for teaching and helping others grow. He has gained valuable experience teaching tennis through the Tennis4Kids program. He is eager to pass on his skills to help others improve their game.

Aryan Notani

Originally from Sint Maarten, Caribbean, Aryan Notani is a Kinesiology student with a deep passion for tennis and coaching. He currently serves as VP Events at the Western Tennis Club, where he helps organize tournaments and events to promote the sport. Throughout high school, Aryan gained valuable experience coaching young players and has also led summer tennis camps, helping to develop the next generation of athletes. He enjoys working with players of all skill levels and is committed to making tennis both fun and competitive for his students.
